Resilient Cities and Towns Specialist<br \/>No of posts:\u00a0<\/b>1<br \/><br \/><b>Educational Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/b><br \/><br \/><\/p><ul><li>Graduate in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Environmental\/Climate Science<\/li><li>Doctorate \/ PhD degree in relevant field would be an added advantage<\/li><li>3 years\u2019 experience of working with Urban Local Bodies and in implementation of various flagship programs<\/li><\/ul><p><b>4. Resilient Livelihood Specialist<br \/>No of posts:<\/b>\u00a01<br \/><br \/><b>Educational Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Post Graduate degree in relevant areas such as natural resource management, agricultural development, climatology\/meteorology, water resources management, environmental sciences, disaster management, development studies, and\/or related fields.<\/li><li>Doctorate \/ PhD degree in relevant field would be an added advantage<\/li><li>At least 5 years of practical working experience in agriculture and livelihood project\/s at state and local level.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>5. Preparedness and Building Back Better Specialist<br \/>No of posts:<\/b>\u00a01<br \/><br \/><b>Educational Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Postgraduate in Disaster Management\/International Development or Humanitarian Assistance \/Development studies\/social science\/ Engineering\/Management and other relevant fields<\/li><li>Retired officers having worked in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs for not less than 3 years are also eligible<\/li><li>Experience in program monitoring and evaluation, including application of SPHERE standards and integration of gender equality approaches; understanding of the Core Humanitarian Standards\/national and state government manuals\/standards\/policies on disaster management<\/li><\/ul><p><b>6. Shared resilience and Finance Management Specialist<br \/>No of posts:\u00a0<\/b>1<br \/><br \/><b>Educational Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Post-Graduate qualification in Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Financial Management, or Business Administration, with specialization in Finance.<\/li><li>PhD in relevant subject will be given additional weightage.<\/li><li>Applications must be submitted in Hard Copies in given proforma only clearly Mentioning &#8211; \u201cThe Post Applied For\u201d.
